Requirements
Ability to read, write, and speak English
At least 18 years old
Hold a private pilot certificate
250 hours of total flight time
100 hours in powered aircraft, 50 of which must be in airplanes
100 hours of pilot in command (PIC)
50 hours of cross country (over 50nm)
Flight Experience Requirements
20 hours of flight training
10 hours of solo flight (or supervised PIC time) including a 300-nautical-mile cross-country flight
5 hours of night flight with 10 takeoffs and 10 full-stop landings at an airport with an operating control tower, plus a specific 2-hour night cross-country flight.
